The All-new smartphone from Samsung’s M series is the meanest monster to ever walk into the Indian Smartphone “bazaar”. Launched on 31st August 2020, the Samsung Galaxy M51 comes at a starting price of Rs.24,999 [6GB+128GB Variant] and is NOT over-priced.

Here are some quick specifications of the device:

1. Built Quality :
A sleek 9.5mm, weighing just 213g in spite of carrying a big 7,000mAh is just amazing. A premium glasstic (glass+plastic) finish, available in Celestial Black and  Electric Blue colour variants.

2. Display and UI :

M51 has been given a 6.70 inch super AMOLED “plus” display which is slimmer and lighter than its predecessors in the M-series. Wide1 L1 certification allows you to dive into the world of entertainment with HD streaming on Netflix and Amazon prime video. Also, it features Dolby ATMOS which will give sheer class to your headsets during media playback.

The phone runs a One UI core 2.1 based on Android 10 (with an expected Android 11 Update soon). Possessing all the necessary sensors, M51 comes with a side fingerprint sensor mounted on the power button, and a fast face unlock feature.

3. Camera :

There is no major upgrade in camera. The rear side gets a  quad-camera setup with a primary 64 megapixels, 12MP(ultrawide)+5MP(depth-sensing)+5MP(Macro for extreme close-ups). The front is a 32MP shooter. Single take multiple outputs option is included as well. Use of Sony IMX sensors and a better processor might prove to be better for image processing.

4. Power and Performance :

Samsung mentions Galaxy M51as a monster in both the fields.
The device gets its power from a massive 7,000mAh battery which is a big highlight. The box contains a 25W fast charging adapter along with a type C to type C cable to facilitate reverse charging.
Coming to the performance, M51 gets Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G which is a power-efficient Octa-core processor and with better graphic rendering, for smooth, lag-free gaming and multitasking.

5. Price in India :
The overall monster package comes at a starting price of just Rs.24,999 for 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, and at Rs.26,999 for 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. In both the variants, storage is expandable up to 512GB through an external memory card.

Samsung is packing some great features at a great price for a common user.

So, if You plan to invest in a new smartphone. The Sale for Samsung Galaxy M51 begins from September 18, 2020, on Amazon.in.
