LinkedIn has unlocked new opportunities for sales professionals as now they can use the Sales Navigator with new GAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) features and experience to obtain accurate and updated results from the LinkedIn community.
Artificial Intelligence is evolving very fast and creating an atmosphere of advancements where we all are embracing and reimaging the moments of a huge shift. AI now addresses a wide array of challenges, from crafting emails to creating media like images, audios, videos and much more.
LinkedIn has unveiled the development of a new AI Foundation, introducing two GAI features: AI Assisted Search and Account IQ. These functionalities will help the sellers to effortlessly search information and establish connections with the leads that they are actually looking for. They can use casual and conversational language search prompts.
Wondering how it works? LinkedIn itself explained this in a blog post. “Think about how simple it is to say: “Find me marketing decision makers at LinkedIn in the U.S. East Coast with whom I have a second degree connection.” AI-assisted search automatically does the work of selecting the right search filters, based on the prompt, to help unlock a new level of ease in sellers’ lead identification workflows.”
We all are aware that Sales professionals invest a significant effort in research to establish B2B connections for sales. Now, with the assistance of this feature, they can effectively overcome this challenge. Additionally, LinkedIn also unveiled a new feature called Account IQ in which sellers can gather key info by using GAI and create a summary.
In the initial phases, these two GAI features for sales navigator are accessible to a select group of customers in North America, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
