Amu student Ashraf Ali missing for 8 days now : Students Suspect Foul Play

 

Ashraf Ali, a student of B. A Foreign language (Spanish), Aligarh Muslim University has been missing since 9th February 2021. Ashraf hails from Bihar and is 26 years old. He resided at SS south hostel AMU. His roommates claim he spoke to him last at around 1 pm on Tuesday, Ashraf’s phone has been switched off since then.

The CCTV footage of Aftab Hall Shamshad reveals Ashraf leaving around 3:30’pm on Tuesday.

Making it two and a half-hour later after his roommate phoned him.

The phone was turned on for a few moments at 3 am on Wednesday. Ashraf planned to go to Bihar for a government exam for a translator’s position on the 26 February via train.

The Amu proctor notified the reporters that they are making an effort to locate him at all possible locations. The SP crime Arvind Kumar has established a squad to analyze the matter

Aligarh Muslim University had commenced an FIR on Wednesday

A team of local police has been sent to Delhi to track the missing student

His last location traced was Anand Vihar, on Wednesday at 3:30 am. It has been 5 days till now.
