Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to undergo a Coronavirus test after experiencing symptoms of the virus from last Sunday. Kejriwal showed some health issues followed by fever and sore throat indicating possibilities of the virus.
Kejriwal after this has postponed all his engagements for the coming days and isolated himself according to the sources. The last meeting that was attended by him was on Sunday in which all his cabinet members were present, later all others cancelled until the final result confirms his good health.
AAP leader Sanjay Singh said, “Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was complaining of fever and sore throat since yesterday, after which he isolated himself at his residence. He will undergo the Covid-19 test tomorrow. He is also a diabetic patient.”
The spokesperson of AAP said, “He had consulted a doctor over the phone and plans to get himself tested tomorrow if symptoms don’t subside.”
Delhi reported more than 1000 cases daily for a week. So far the statistics show 28,936 of Covid-19 patients with 17000+active cases with 812 deaths which is a serious matter of concern.
