In this list, we bring you the top movies which not only live in our hearts rent-free but have also impacted a change in our lives. Whether it is Celine from Before Sunrise or Dr. Jahangir from Dear Zindagi, they all live rent-free in our minds as well as in our hearts.
Top 6 Movies That Live In Our Heads Rent Free:
1. Before Sunrise
‘Before Sunrise‘ is a must-see film since it contains small real-life facts that add to the film’s appeal. The chemistry between the two characters is fantastic, and there are numerous discussions in the film that are both profound and heartfelt. I adored all of the movie’s protagonists.
Still, I was utterly smitten by ‘Celine.’ That character is incredible, and the language she delivered to both of them was brilliant and profound.
Her perspective on life is incredible, and she thinks and says, “In life, all we want is to be loved a little more.” That’s an excessive amount of truth. Most likely the most realistic and romantic film ever filmed.
2. Dear Zindagi
I’m not sure what to say, Dear Zindagi s a mind-blowing movie. The teachings that we might apply in our daily lives. As a die-hard SRK fan, I was immediately drawn to the film after he appeared in it.
He once again demonstrated that he could handle these roles with ease. Alia Bhatt gives one of her best performances.
And I had shivers when SRK said, “Don’t let your past for blackmail present ruin a great future.” Overall, this is a fantastic film. Good writing, excellent casting, and a well-executed director.
3. Arrival
Slow-flowing shots through cleverly lighted atmospheric sets and common sense cutting within scenes give the impression that you are altering your point of view to observe what is happening; this is a beautifully produced piece of filmic art.
The main character’s development is handled so brilliantly that you can grasp her motivations and reactions swiftly and entirely early in the film. Finally, there’s the music.
The soundtrack is so vital to the film’s overall tone that it would be impossible to imagine it without the flowing strings, extended chords, strange horn noises, and vocalizations.
This movie is brought by a new thought of why alien life contacts the human race, resulting in a catastrophe.
4. Weathering with You
Weathering With You fulfilled my expectations entirely after “your name,” so when I learned that the same filmmaker was releasing “Weathering with You,” I was ecstatic. Oh, what a work of art it was; I adored every second.
It conveys the story so that it feels like an emotional roller coaster journey. I’m at a loss for words. These two are, without a doubt, MY FAVORITE ANIMATION MOVIES!! In addition, the unexpected guest appearances of “Taki” and “Mitsuha” made me cry like a baby.
I have a soft spot in my heart for these characters. It was only a brief appearance, but it brought back memories of Mitsuha and Taki’s journey and tribulations in “Your name.”
I’m satisfied with “weathering with you,” as it met my expectations.
5. Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham
Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham is, without a doubt, Karan Johar’s best film, even better than K2H2!
Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham isn’t a movie; it’s a beautiful experience that every mother and son should have. It’s based on a basic premise: a son reconnecting with his long-lost brother and family.
But it’s worth watching how Kajol brings out his flair and transforms this into a full-fledged Bollywood drama! Even after three and a half hours, this epic family drama does not feel tedious. Kajol portrays an engaging and fascinating scenario.
This drama is a must-see with a simple plot, captivating screenplay, and outstanding director accompanied by incredible music!!
6. A Silent Voice
A Silent Voice is an outstanding film. It makes a lovely presentation about bullying and forgiveness. It conveys that no one is flawless and that we all have good and terrible qualities.
It demonstrates that second chances exist and that people may change. It teaches a great deal about life and how to be a decent person.
I highly recommend this film to anime fans, but I also recommend it to non-anime fans.
I had never been a big fan of anime before, but I was utterly fascinated after seeing A Silent Voice. This video influenced me greatly, and it became one of my motives to strive to make a difference in the future.
