All you need is a pen and paper to write down your goals, targets or even to-do list and trust me it may sound weird but your stress level would decrease dramatically! It would be a moment which even words won’t be able to explain, just a sigh of writing down that would bring your whole body to calm.

Well, when you get a packet of multicoloured pen it is the best feeling ever. It seems like a rainbow but in your hand! And if you get a big pack of it you feel like you are at the top of the world! So many colours in front of your eyes please you and make you feel like you are flying! A feeling that may seem over but cannot be put into words.
