FAU-G is set to release in November as announced by a game studio, NCore Games on their Twitter handle. The Bengaluru-based company announced FAU-G a few months ago – after PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite was banned in India. FAU-G stands for Fearless and United Guards. The game is not a battle royale game and will a level-based game. Going by the teaser, it seems that the first level will be set in the Galwan Valley.

Good always triumphs over evil,
the light will always conquer the darkness.
May victory bless Fearless And United Guards, our FAU-G.
Launching in November 2020!

nCore Games is founded by Vishal Gondal, CEO of fitness wearable maker GOQii and the development of the game has been going on before the PUBG Mobile ban. Apart, from Gondal, Bollywood actor, Akshay Kumar has also promoted the game through his Twitter account. The game is the brainchild of Akshay Kumar and one of its main objectives is to inspire patriotism and the value of soldiers. The game is touted to be a contribution to the ‘AtmaNirbhar Bharat’ campaign launched by PM Modi. 20% of the game revenue will also be donated to the government’s fundraising initiative, Bharat Ke Veer.

The teaser didn’t showcase any gameplay and just showcased in-game graphics. The graphics look okay and in the limited development time, they have done a decent job. However, it looks to be seen how big the levels will be if the game will let you use vehicles like tanks and helicopters are to be seen. Though some fans have taken to Twitter to show their displeasure with the graphics of the game and have requested to delay the game to improve the graphics. However, people need to understand that nCore Games is still in its infancy, extra time won’t help improve the game graphics. It would require a bigger budget and time which is not feasible.

Please improve facial graphics and physics, otherwise it's good, never expected this coming. GGs to the team.

Gaming in India has been slowly gaining momentum and had grown quite big with PUBG Mobile. However, after its ban, the void is still to be filled by another big game. Indian gaming streamers have also been trying out different games to see what their audience likes but they still have to find a game that is as popular and liked as PUBG Mobile.
