The lockdown in this pandemic is like a half-full half-empty bottle situation. Where some people are making the best use of the time and think that they are grateful for being with the family, some people find it difficult to be at home all day and don’t understand what to do. it is also understandable that not everyone feels different about the situation and doesn’t have the same level of energy to invest. So here are some self-development activities that you can do while sitting at your bed:
