What is Aarya about?
Aarya Sareen lives a comfortable life in Rajasthan with her husband Tej and their three children. Her father, Zorawar, and brother, Sangram, run a pharmaceutical business with a side trade in drugs, and Tej is a partner. Aarya has always kept her distance from that world.

When Tej, played by Chandrachur Singh, is shot dead, Aarya is forced to deal with the people he owed, the police and her own family. The show follows her as she learns to fight back to protect her children.
Season 1: a strong start
The first season is the tightest. It works as both a murder mystery and a family drama, with each episode revealing who knew what about Tej’s dealings. Sikandar Kher stands out as Daulat, the family’s quiet and loyal enforcer, and Vikas Kumar plays ACP Younus Khan, the officer closing in on the business.

Season 2: Aarya gets tougher

Season 3 and Antim Vaar: the final chapter
Season 3 arrived in two parts. The first four episodes were released in November 2023 and the last four, titled Aarya: Antim Vaar, in February 2024. Ila Arun joins as Nalini Sahiba, a powerful matriarch with her own business interests, and Indraneil Sengupta plays Sooraj Raizada, a new rival.
The split release hurt momentum, and some viewers felt the plot had become repetitive. Still, Sen and Ila Arun share strong scenes, and the closing episodes bring the main conflicts to an end. No new season had been announced as of October 2026.
