The book is the best option for people who like to read and understand about society, how the human brain works. This books deals are in-depth with some of the most common problems that normal people might find hard to find a solution to.

In the first part of the book, Haidt uses research to demonstrate social intuitionism. He shows how people’s beliefs come primarily from their intuitions, and rational thought often comes after to justify initial beliefs. In the second portion of the book, Haidt tells about the fact that people pass their judgments too quickly without giving the views and opinions full consideration. In the last part, he describes a hypothetical method on how selfish human nature can be turned into groupish nature.

The book attempts to summarize existing knowledge about blockchain networks & other distributed ledgers as the backbone of the Web3. It concisely summarises the socioeconomic implications of Web3 applications such as smart contracts, DAOs, and tokens to the concepts of money, economics, governance, and decentralized finance (DeFi). The book assumes that tokens often referred to as cryptocurrencies, can represent any real or virtual asset or access rights, such as gold or diamonds. Tokens could also be used to reward social media contributions, incentivize the reduction of CO2 emissions, or even one’s attention for watching an advertisement.

This book is a treat to anybody who is a history buff. This book will provide you a great insight about how the world came to be like it as today in terms of culture and how certain civilizations took over some other civilizations and how some groups of people came to dominate others. Diamond argues that there are certain gaps in human societies regarding power and technology and these gaps are widened by various positive feedback loops. The books paint a fascinating picture of today’s world with the events that have happened hundreds of years back. While Guns, Germs, and Steel focus on why some populations succeeded, Diamond’s later book, Collapse: How Societies Choose to Fail or succeed, focuses on environmental and other factors that have caused some populations to fail.

4. Man’s Search for Meaning

Viktor Frankl was a neurologist and psychiatrist born in 1905 and died in 1997. The book Man’s Search for Meaning talks about the human spirit. It talks about how the common people find a ray of hope and ling onto that during times of agony and suffering. Tell about how to see the light at the end of the tunnel that seems dark and never-ending. The book is the story of Viktor Frankl’s experiences as a prisoner in Nazi concentration camps during World War II, and describing his psychotherapeutic method, which involved identifying a purpose in life to feel positive about, and then immersively imagining that outcome.
