Canadians led the Liberal Party of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to victory in the election on Monday, but their hopes for a major victory in most seats have not come true.
The Liberal Party has won more seats than any party. Trudeau profited from his late father and former prime minister Pierre Trudeau’s popularity in the 2015 election and won the election.

As the leader of the party during the last two elections, he led the party to victory by himself. The Liberal Party holds 148 seats, while the Conservative Party holds 103 seats, the Bloc Québécois has 28 seats and the New Democratic Party of the Left holds 22 seats.
Currently, Trudeau does not seem to be able to win enough seats and pass legislation without the cooperation of the other parties. But he will certainly gain so many seats, there will be no risk of withdrawing him from the position.
The opposition is accusing Mr Trudeau of holding an election two years ahead of schedule in his self-interest. Mr Trudeau alleged that Canadians did not want a Conservative government during this pandemic. Right now, Canada is one of the countries in the world where most people have been completely immune.

Let us tell you that last year he expressed concern over the farmers’ movement in India. He said his country would always stand up for the right to demonstrate peacefully.
He said he was concerned about farmers’ protests in India against the new laws on agriculture. Furthermore, he was the first global leader outside India to express his views on this matter.
Addressing the Indian community in Canada during an online event to mark the 551st birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev, Trudeau had said, “Ignoring reports coming from India about protests by farmers, will be a mistake.”
