Nothing could be more relatable than this quote in almost every part of the world, especially India where mothers being treated as God and heavenly angel.

Mother’s day is celebrated on various days in many parts of the world and but most commonly on the second Sunday in the month of May. It was first celebrated in the United States, at the initiative of Anna Jarvis in the early 20th century.

It is good to show love and care to the people whom we love so much. This day is also to celebrate motherhood, maternity, and maternal bonds with the mother figures we have.

With the age of technology and social media, the modern age Mother’s Day is getting limited to Whatsapp status uploads. Let us get back and do our part to honour our mother. Let us promise ourselves on this Mother’s Day to be as good as we show ourselves on our social media.
