Raza Library was founded in 1774 by Nawab Faizullah Khan in the time of the Nawabs, who were the patrons of literature. The library has preserved 17,000 manuscripts in five different languages, including Arabic, Persian, Pashto, Sanskrit, Urdu, Hindi, and Turkish. It has a lot of images recorded in paintings, deeply etched palm leaves, and well-taken care of around 60,000 printed books in many languages.
