Solicitor General, Tushar Mehta informed SC that students who were unable to sit for NEET because of being COVID positive or in containment zones would get the opportunity to appear on October 14. The results will be declared on October 16. SC consolidates this in its order in a PIL.
They will get an opportunity to appear on October 14, and that result will be declared on October 16.

Therefore NEET result 2020 will be releasing on October 16, 2020, after the special exam has been conducted for the candidates who couldn’t appear.
NTA will announce the result and the final key on October 16. Along with the release of Neet result, the agency would also release the NEET 2020 rank list for all India quota.
