Every year, the Redmi Note series breaks new ground in the sub-Rs 20,000 pricing range. Obviously, the Pro alternatives provide a bit more power and come at a greater price. However, as we have mentioned in previous reviews, the Redmi Note line has gotten more fractured over time, with a higher entry price. Let’s have a close look at Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G review.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G has a starting price of Rs 20,999, making it one of the most expensive smartphones ever. It goes up to Rs 24,999 with the 8GB RAM+256GB storage configuration. The Redmi Note series has yet to break over this pricing barrier. Is the price increase, however, in line with expectations? Here’s what we had to say about it.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ has a 6.67-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 CPU with 5G, 6GB or 8GB RAM, 128GB or 256GB storage, a 108MP+8MP+2MP camera, and a 16MP front camera.

In India, the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ costs Rs 20,999 for the 6GB model, Rs 22,999 for the 8GB+128GB model, and Rs 24,999 for the 8GB+256GB model.

Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G review?

The ‘Evol’ design of the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ is carried over from previous phones in the series. However, in comparison to the previous Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, which was the most costly model last year, the phone now sports a flatter shell. The camera module is somewhat different, and there’s another significant difference: the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ has three cameras. Instead, the Pro Max had a quad-camera configuration.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ is available in Phantom White, Mirage Blue, and Stealth Black, featuring a frosted glass back for a premium appearance. I have the white color variety, which changes color depending on the light. However, smudges accumulate easily on this one.

The display on the new phone is still a 6.67-inch AMOLED Full HD+ display. The highest refresh rate is 120 Hz, however, there is no smart refresh option, which is available on several competitive devices at a lesser price. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 is also included.

It is still one of the best screens available in this category. The display is very visible in bright sunlight and is easily readable. If you’re looking for a phone to meet your everyday entertainment needs, such as streaming movies or viewing YouTube videos, this one will be more than enough.

I watched a movie and TV series on Netflix, and I had a good time. This is, however, something that one has come to anticipate from the Redmi Note Pro series.

Other adjustments have been made to the Redmi Note 11 Pro+. Although Xiaomi is aiming to keep a balance between 4G and 5G devices in its line, it now incorporates 5G capability. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor, which looks to be a popular choice in this class since Realme and Vivo also offer Snapdragon 695-based phones.

For this review, we have the 8GB RAM+128GB model, which has the possibility of adding an additional 3GB of RAM. The function is enabled by default, however, depending on your preferences, you may disable it by going to the Memory Extension option in Settings.

The phone’s functionality is smooth, and it works without glitches for everyday chores like visiting social networking websites or multitasking. I was a little concerned about the performance of games like Genshin Impact, but it worked well. However, when I adjusted the graphics settings for Genshin to medium, the gadget became very warm on top and continued to do so. The game, on the other hand, worked perfectly.

The back camera has a 108MP sensor with an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro lens. The phone would have better low-light performance, according to Redmi. For the most part, the primary camera continues to operate admirably, with well-balanced colors. Its camera captured great details, with plenty of fine details and vibrant colors. Here’s all you need to know about the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G review, including its features and specifications. Please let us know what you think in the comments area below.
