When the road couldn’t be cleared for an hour, she succumbed to her condition.
The police commissioner personally went to the deceased ‘s premises and apologized for the loss of life due to police negligence.
Official Twitter handle of Police commissionerate Kanpur issued an apology and promised that route planning will be more efficient now so citizens don’t have to face hurdles.
