A heart-wrenching case from Madhya Pradesh where a 19-year old is forced to drink liquor and then gang-raped in a farmhouse in Ghata Ghat area under Jaitpur police station limits, which is as being reported, is owned by
Rajesh Shukla, resident of Ghata Ghat.
The girl has lodged an FIR against Vijay Tripathi, Rajesh Shukla Meenu Maharaj, and Munna Singh.
Other Sources claim that some sort of sedative injections were administered on the victim to make her comply.
“She was forced to drink liquor in a farmhouse in Gadaghat area under Jaitpur police station limits and then gang-raped on February 18 and 19”, police said
The girl has alleged that she was kidnapped by three men, including 39-year-old primary school teacher Rajesh Shukla and his two sides, including a local BJP leader Vijay Tripathi.
On February 20th, the four accused dumped her in front of her house.
The victim was first taken to Jaitpur health center and then shifted to the district hospital for treatment
The four were booked on Sunday for charges of rape, abduction, sexual assault, and a few others.
Efforts are underway by the police authorities to nab the four absconding accused.
The girl has alleged that she has been raped by her primary teacher with the help of his two aides, including Vijay Tripathi, who is the ruling party’s Jaitpur Mandal president. The girl has alleged that she was taken to another village, forced to drink liquor, and locked in the room, where she was allegedly gang-raped.
All three accused have been booked under IPC Sections 376D (gang-rape), 342 (wrongful confinement), and 34 (crime with common intent).
“Raids are being conducted to nab the three accused, who are on the run,” Shahdol district police superintendent Avdhesh Goswami told The New Indian Express on Sunday.
According to Shahdol police sources, the girl went missing on 18th February, after which her missing report has been filed by her family at Jaitpur police station.
Just a day later, on 19th February, the girl returned home but was found to be in a state of shock.
Subsequently, the girl was taken by cops for the recording of statements.
Police have registered a case of gang-rape in the matter and efforts are being made to arrest the absconding accused.

The family of the victim has alleged that Jaitpur BJP chief Vijay Tripathi and his three accomplices – Rajesh Shukla, Munna Singh, and Monu Maharaj – kidnapped her, kept her in captivity at a farmhouse, and raped her.
“They kidnapped her in a car after gagging her. When we lodged a complaint, they dumped her outside the house… we got to know of the crime only when the girl, at the hospital, narrated what took place,” a relative said.
