1. Sanuniu Laizer

An ordinary miner only doing his job unearthed two rare pieces of tanzanite gem in June 2020, which were about 6 kgs each. He didn’t buy a lottery ticket, nor was he in search of any such treasure. But he was lucky to find these two pieces of gems worth millions. He later sold them to Tanzania’s mining industry for 3.4 million dollars. From a dangerous job to a millionaire, he sure was a lucky guy.

2. Anandi Lal Kushwaha

July 2020 became the lucky month for Anandilal when he found a diamond in his mine. Surprisingly, it was not the first time. He had been lucky one time before as well. Luckily, it was a 10.69-carat diamond worth ₹50 lakhs, and the quality of the diamond was good, as stated by the authorities.

3. Motilal Prajapati

Motilal got lucky when he found a diamond in MP’s Panna district in 2020 October. He was a daily wage worker who didn’t know millions were waiting for him. The diamond was 42.59 carat which he auctioned and sold for ₹2.5 crores. It was found that it was the second heaviest diamond in the history of Panna.

4. Harikrishnan V Nair

A businessman who was determined to get rich bought three lottery tickets for a prize. He was lucky to win a jackpot on the third ticket. Although he was a businessman living a luxurious life in Dubai, who rejected more money? He won the biggest prize money in Dubai, worth ₹20 crores.

5. Shibu Paul and Linnet Joseph

They were together wishing to get rich and then finally getting lucky. The couple who lived in the UK bought a lottery ticket to win their dream car, and then eventually, their prayers were answered. They were the contestants of the lottery contest called BOTB (best of the best). They won £195,000 worth of Lamborghini and a cash prize of £20,000.

6. Krishna Barri

Not a fan of buying lottery tickets, but nature was waiting for him to win a lottery jackpot. Something crossed his mind, and he bought not one but ten lottery tickets which eventually made him win one. In 2018 December, Krishna won $14.5 million in Florida. Being a kind man, he spends all his jackpot money to help kids in India.

7. N Gray

Some people have big dreams to be rich but at the same time do not want to reveal their identity. One such woman was N gray, who wore an emoji mask when she received her cash prize. She won 180 million Jamaican dollars from the super lotto jackpot in 2018 May.

8. Vanessa Ward

Out to buy some vegetable shopping Vanessa casually buys a lottery ticket without expecting anything. But, much to her surprise when she gets back home, she finds out that she has won the biggest prize from the big wheel. She became the owner of 2250000 dollars. What a lucky woman!

9. Leandra Clay

Leandra Clay lost her house in an incident where her home was completely burnt into ashes in 2018 February. Still being an optimistic person, she tried her luck. Clay purchased a lottery ticket hoping to win it and recover some of her lost property. She won crores in the lottery jackpot and became the owner of ₹1.3 crores in a draw.

10. Sam Lawton

Young and rich! A great combo. Sam never planned or was fond of buying lottery tickets. However, when he saw a winner on television, something crossed his mind and made him buy the lottery ticket. So, in August 2019, he won ₹1.04 crores in the USA with his very first ticket while he was only a teenager.

Conclusion

It is never guaranteed that lotteries can make you rich or you would be lucky enough to win one. However, testing your luck would never be a bad idea, or would it be? These ten people were lucky to become millionaires overnight; however, multiple stories are bad enough that you would wish that you never win a jackpot. So, in the end, it’s the luck game!
