1. High-knee running

For doing this exercise you just have to run on the spot with your knees going as high as possible. While performing, quickly pump your arms up and down.

Half an hour session will burn around 240 to 350 calories per session.

To perform Butt Kicks, lift one of your heels towards your butt and repeat with the other heel. Do this continuously at a rapid pace for 30 seconds with a rest interval of 1 minute.

Start this exercise by getting into the plank position with your shoulders directly above your hands. Then start bringing your right knee towards your chest and do the same from the left knee.

Engage your core and do this for 30 seconds at a rapid pace.

Start with your feet placed together. Then jump and spread your feet and put your arms around your head at the same time. Do this in sets of 10-12 repetitions each.
